Points & Streaks
Any action you take
on the app, will earn you points added to your Maunda score. Doing any meditation will give you three points, posting an uplift earns you two, and completing the journal gives/posting a story earns you a single one point each. If all four things are done you get a bonus point.
The point system was
designed
to help people stay
consistent
in taking care of their mental health
while
also adding a
competitive
aspect. In the
future
we do have plans to make the points have so type of extrinsic value
whether
it in the app or outside of it.
As for the streak system each day you do an action on the app it creates a streak. This is a great tool to help you remain self accountable and check up on your friends and see how they are actually doing.
