Yes. You are able to access our services through our website and create an account however in order to use our resources like our vanishing journal and mood track the Maunda app needs to be download.

Our full Telehealth therapy services are currently available only in Virginia, where our licensed clinicians are authorized to practice. Anyone in the U.S. can still access to our holistic wellness professionals and Maunda’s free wellness tools—including meditations, journaling, and our community feed—no matter which state you’re in. We’re actively growing our network of providers and expect to roll out clinical services in additional states later this year. Stay tuned for updates as we expand!

Once you are in the "Open Up" section of Maunda, To book an appointment, tap the three lines at the top left corner of your screen to open the navigation menu. Then, select "Book Appointment" (you’ll see a calendar icon next to it). From there, choose the provider you’d like to meet with, and then select an available appointment time that works for you. Yes. Maunda’s platform includes provider profiles so you can choose a therapist that aligns with your needs, preferences, and values. We also offer smart matching based on your intake answers.

Maunda offers therapy services for teens with parental consent. Our platform is built to be safe and supportive, and is meant to inspire good habits for all ages and anyone under 18 needs parental consent.

We accept all insurances in Virginia except medicare which is coming soon.

Maunda is your main platform for community features, wellness tools, and connection. GetHealthie is the secure system we use to manage telehealth sessions, scheduling, and health documentation. Because GetHealthie handles sensitive health information, it requires its own HIPAA-compliant login.

Important: If you change your Maunda password, remember that your GetHealthie password is separate and will not change automatically. You’ll need to manage each login independently.

You’re automatically logged out to keep your information secure. The “Open Up” section connects to our HIPAA-compliant system for therapy and health services, and security is our top priority. To protect your sensitive data, we require reauthentication after periods of inactivity.

Behind the scenes, our system refreshes sessions every four hours to maintain strict privacy standards. We do this intentionally to safeguard your information and ensure your experience remains safe and confidential.
