Mental Health + Social Media

Having a good mental health is the cornerstone of enjoying your life and making lasting connections. In today’s society with so much stimulation and general issues we often forget to take just 5 minutes for ourselves.   

Mental Health Features 

The Maunda app is currently has a  journal to further enhance peoples reflection skill and help with gratitude. The app also has a solo and group mediation feature to help lower stress levels. Lastly there have affirmations which mitigate anxiety and assist with mental wellness

Social Features

In the Maunda app there is our innovative streak system which is meant to incentivize people to just take 5 minutes to themselves each day. After completing a the mediation session each day you are able to upload a story giving people another more social reason to meditate since we know it can be hard. Lastly there is a point system with a leaderboard to where any mental health action done on the app increases it.
